Problem
Drug abuse, also referred to as substance abuse, is the misuse of legal or illegal drugs for non-medical purposes, often resulting in physical, psychological, and social harm. It is a significant public health issue that affects individuals, families, and communities.

60 mins - This is an opportunity for us to meet so that you can tell me what you need help with, and I can tell you how I can help. We will also have a discussion about the brain which will help you understand why you are feeling the way you do. I will also explain the process of the sessions, so that you will know what to expect. The consultation will also provide you with the opportunity to ask me any questions that you may have and dispel any myths about hypnosis.

60 mins - These sessions include a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis. They are solution focused so we are not dwelling on the past but focusing on the present and working together towards the future so that you can transform your life for the better.
- Block of 8 sessions (plus free initial consultation)
- £350
60 mins - As Solution Focused Hypnotherapists we work relatively quickly, and you could see solutions to your problems after 8-12 sessions although sometimes more. As we are all unique and ‘one size does not fit all’ the number of sessions depends on the person and what they need help with. The initial consultation provides a good opportunity for us to decide on what size fits you.
- Stop smoking/Vaping cessation

2 hours - This is a very insightful and empowering session as we really step out of the primitive brain and into the intellectual brain. We will discuss smoking and its harmful effects and why you may have found it difficult to stop in the past. We will focus on the health benefits of not smoking and how the resultant increased levels of control will benefit other areas of your life. We will use language patterns and trance to embed the teachings into your subconscious to help change your thinking around smoking.
- Specific phobia/Fear
- £120
3 sessions - Block of 3 sessions (including free initial consultation). Specific phobias and fears can be very disabling and can prevent us from living the life we want to. We can use hypnotherapy techniques to help erase the phobia and fear memory from our Hippocampus and replace it with a new memory – a memory you have control over. The first session will involve confidence building and the following two sessions we will employ the techniques to erase the old memory and replace with the new.

Sliding scale
I am aware that these are financially difficult times, so I want to try and make my therapy available for everyone. Therefore, I offer a sliding scale to the following:
- People with a long-term physical or mental health condition or disability and are claiming either Personal Independent Payment (PIP), Employment Support Allowance (ESA), or both.
- People that work for the emergency services, NHS, social care sector, and armed forces and hold a blue light card
- State pensioners
- Veterans of the armed forces
We can discuss the sliding scale price during the initial consultation.
